YARN SAFETY
The majority of our yarns contain Wool and some yarns contain Alpaca, all listings and yarn labels contain information about fibre content, including percentages ratios of wool to other content.
Our yarn is sourced and produced ethically and adheres to the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification, which means that the wool meets international safety standards.
Wool is naturally fire resistant—all of our yarns are either entirely (100%) wool and will have natural fire resistance, especially in its raw state, or predominantly (75%) wool blended with other fibres, which may be less resistant. It is recommended you keep yarn away from naked flames.
