Hello, Welcome! I'm Helen and I run Giddy Yarns. Giddy Yarns is a small independent hand-dyed yarn business, run by just me!

Inspired by a love of literature you'll find lots of book themed colourways and collections. Is there a book you love that I've not dyed a collection for? Why not get in touch and it might make it to my list!

SHIPPING INFO: I have a 3-5 working day shipping policy. Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays, so please bear this in mind when ordering. If you're order is urgent then feel free to drop me an email (giddyyarns@gmail.com) and I will see if I can get it out faster for you.

US CUSTOMERS

As of July 2026, the US Tariff's have changed again! It is now 18.5%. Whilst I had the wiggle room to cover the 10% fee, I unfortunately can't cover the full 18.5% fee. To help cover this you will be charged a 10% US Tariff at checkout, I will cover the remaining 8.5%. If you are using a VPN that puts your location outside of the US then you may not get automatically charged, if this is the case I will need to invoice you for the 10% fee before I ship your yarn.

STORM'S END COWL

The Storm’s End Cowl is a simple knit cowl, worked in the round, it features sections of knits and purls with the colour changes occurring during the purl rows to create a fun fade effect.

It uses 12 x 10g mini skeins.
